Situated in one of the most traditional districts of Lisbon, La Mouraria, this contemporary apartment is built around a pleasant and spacious interior patio.
The entrance of this charming apartment with patio in Lisbon, whose living spaces are very distinct, takes you, on the left, towards the living room, the kitchen and the interior patio and, on the right, towards the rooms.
The very colorful and geometric Scion wallpaper, just like the Jake Phipps Wooster Top Hat light suspension, brings a touch of fancy to the common parts of this apartment.
The Rossetto, Italian design armchairs, the handcrafted glass sculpture “Cardume Azul” by the Fabrique Marina Grande or the asymmetrical and plunging luminaire, all bring a warm and cozy atmosphere to the living room.
Like the living room, each room has direct access to the patio thanks to its large glass doors. They benefit from natural daylight throughout the day.
The patio is a haven of peace. It has been fitted out so that you can enjoy sunny lunches, dinners under the stars or simply sunbathing on the sunchairs.

The neighborhood
La Mouraria owes its name to a space granted to the Moors who were defeated by the Christians in the 12th century.
After the Carnation Revolution of 1974 and especially the entry of Portugal into the European Community, the welcome and transition services of this neighborhood persists. La Mouraria continues to receive the immigrants of the former Portuguese colonies as well as the populations coming from Eastern Europe, India and China.
This mix of origins, cultures and immigrations, makes this district, the most heterogeneous of the capital. You will notice this by walking around the Mercado Fusaowhere you can experience a cuisine from around the world.
Another original cultural place of gastronomy, the vegan restaurant; Food Temple to be tested with your eyes closed. For lovers of seafood platters and fresh fish, reserve a table at the unmissable Ramiro.
If you want to taste the faraway flavors of Africa, have a seat in the Cantinho do Aziz and taste these Mozambique specialties and, for a more refined table, while contemplating an exceptional view, Chef Joao Bandeira invites you to Via Graça.
This district is the cradle of Fado music and its inventor Maria Severa. In falling in love with a count, she transported this music, originally popular, to the salons of the aristocrats. You will enjoy listening to some of her songs, let yourself be transported by Fado at Maria da Mouraria.
Not far from here, you can have a last drink on the terrace of Topo, relaxed and trendy restaurant bar that overlooks the city. For a more alternative atmosphere, discover the Casa do Independente which is a very active cultural association installed in an old mansion.
The Last treasure a few steps from this charming apartment with patio in Lisbon, the incredible views offered by the Mirador de Nossa Senhora do Monte and Mirador Sophia by Mello Breyner.
Owning a home is a keystone of wealth… both financial affluence and emotional security.
